This really resonates with me. It’s like you took a page out of the book of my life.

I’m 27 now, and when I was 22 I felt almost exactly the same way. My LinkedIn used to say “Professional Wearer of Many Hats”.

I also thought I was too old to be where I was at the time, and worriedly compared myself to classmates in more defined career paths like finance, medicine, or law.

Much to my surprise, I wasn’t too old. I’m just fine and a lot happier than all my friends in those defined career paths I mentioned. The only thing I envy about them now is their corporate dental plans.

It’s not that you don’t have a craft, you just haven’t decided which of your many crafts to make your focus.
